Maslo chernogo tmina Al-Shifo instructions for use
Face masks:
mix half a teaspoon of black cumin oil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the resulting mixture to the face and leave for 1 hour. Then rinse with soap and water;
mix 1 tablespoon of black cumin oil, 2 drops of bergamot essential oil, 2 drops of juniper essential oil, 1 drop of rosemary essential oil, 1 drop of basil essential oil, apply for 15-20 minutes. Remove residues with a napkin.
Bath: dilute 1 teaspoon of black cumin oil with an emulsifier (salt, foam, shower gel) and add to the bath.
Massage bag for baths: pour 1-1.5 cups of oatmeal into a gauze bag, add 1 teaspoon of black cumin oil, 1 teaspoon of vegetable cedar oil, 3 drops of rosemary essential oil, 3 drops of essential oil. Use the bag instead of a sponge.
Hand oil: 1 teaspoon of black cumin oil, 1 teaspoon of vegetable chamomile oil, 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Massage the skin of the hands with the mixture, remove residues with a napkin.
For hair growth: warm 1 tablespoon of black cumin oil well in your hands and give your head a good massage with your palms, apply a little to the hair as well. Leave the oil for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
