Black cumin oil Hemani instructions for use
Method of administration: Take 1 teaspoon in the morning and evening 15 minutes before meals, drinking with juice, water with honey, or a hot drink (except coffee). For respiratory diseases, lubricate the inside of the nostrils with oil, inhale deeply. Inhalation: 1 teaspoon of black cumin oil per half a glass of boiling water. Locally: gently rub the affected areas of the body with black cumin oil.
