Method of administration and dosage
Internally: 1-2 tablespoons per day as a food supplement. Externally: apply to skin or hair with massaging movements. For hair, it can be used as a mask for 30-60 minutes before washing.
Side effects
When taken internally in large quantities, digestive disorders are possible. When applied externally, in rare cases, allergic reactions are possible.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to sesame. Use with caution in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract in the acute stage. It is not recommended to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
