Method of administration and dosage For skin care: apply a small amount of oil to clean, slightly damp skin with massage movements until fully absorbed. For hair care: apply oil to the hair along the entire length or only to the ends, leave for 30-60 minutes, then rinse with shampoo. For massage: use the oil pure or mixed with other essential oils. Side effects In rare cases, allergic reactions are possible. It is recommended to perform a test on a small area of skin before use. Contraindications Individual intolerance to almond or oil components. Not recommended for use if there are open wounds or acute inflammatory processes on the skin.
