Method of administration
Internally: 1 tsp of oil is taken 3 times a day after meals (in pure form), or added to a salad. Course 1-2 months.
Externally: for skin treatment, apply pointwise to the affected area, make dressings, lotions. Added to purchased and homemade cosmetics for skin and hair care. Rubbed directly into the scalp, body, cuticle and nails.
