Do not allow the water to boil, it is necessary to add water from time to time. Procedure duration 15-30 min. Baths: add 4-7 drops of essential oil to a bath with a water temperature of 37-40 C°. For better dissolution, mix with 2-4 tablespoons of emulsifier (salt, honey, milk). Procedure duration 15-30 minutes. Saunas, baths: add 3-6 drops of essential oil to a bucket of water, sprinkle wooden benches and walls with this mixture. It is not recommended to pour the mixture directly onto hot stones.
