Method of administration and dosage: Internally (for adults): 1/2–1 teaspoon per day. It is recommended to take in the morning, during or immediately after a meal. Can be washed down with warm water with honey to soften the tart taste. Course of administration: usually lasts from 2–4 weeks to 3 months, after which a break is necessary. Externally: applied to problem areas of the skin or rubbed into the hair roots.
