How to use and store: In cooking: Ideal for dressing salads, cold appetizers, and desserts. Important: walnut oil should not be fried or heated, as it loses its beneficial properties. For health: Adults are recommended to take 1 dessert spoon (about 6 ml) 1–3 times a day with meals. Storage: Before opening, store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from +5° C to +20° C. After opening, the vial must be refrigerated.
