St. John's wort oil is used in its pure form in the form of dressings, applications, compresses, rubbing, mixed with other oils, as well as a base oil for creating a composition with natural essential oils, for enriching cosmetic products (balms, shampoos, creams, lotions). For periodontitis: soak a tampon well with St. John's wort oil and apply to the gums. Compresses: for abscesses, abrasions, bruises, mastitis, mastopathy, nipple cracks in nursing mothers: apply a napkin moistened with oil to the affected area of the skin and wrap. Procedure duration - 15-20 minutes. Applications, rubbing, and baths for hands and nails: mix St. John's wort, walnut, and coconut oils in a 2:1:1 ratio, heat in a water bath, and rub in with massage movements. The same mixture can be used for baths. Procedure duration 10-15 minutes. Mask for dry facial skin before bedtime: 2 tablespoons of watermelon pulp, 1 teaspoon of oatmeal ground in a coffee grinder, 1/2 teaspoon of St. John's wort oil. Apply the mixture to the skin of the face for 15 minutes.
