Mega bifidum Lakto instructions for use
The contents of 1 sachet are dissolved in warm boiled water or milk (50 ml), stirred and drunk 20-30 minutes before meals or 20-30 minutes after meals.
Adults 1 sachet 2 times a day. Children under one year old - 1 teaspoon of the dissolved preparation 2 times a day. Children from 1 to 12 years old 0.5-1 sachet 2 times a day.
It is recommended to use for 20-30 days.
Single intake is effective for eliminating discomfort in the GI tract when the usual diet is disturbed.
