Mega Fertil contains 3 types of capsules: capsules in yellow, white and brown blisters. Each capsule has its own composition. The capsule in the yellow blister should be taken in the morning during breakfast, the capsule in the white blister immediately after breakfast, the capsule in the brown blister an hour before sleep in the evening.
1 white capsule in a yellow blister contains:
Omega 3 (DHA) - 200 mg.
Vitamin D - 3000 IU.
Coenzyme Q10 - 20 mg.
Folic acid - 200 mcg.
1 white capsule in a white blister contains:
L-carnitine - 250 mg.
L-arginine - 150 mg.
Glutathione - 40 mg.
Vitamin E - 60 mg.
Zinc - 50 mg.
Coenzyme Q10 - 7.5 mg.
Folic acid - 200 mcg.
Sodium selenate - 40 mcg.
1 white capsule in a brown blister contains:
L-carnitine - 250 mcg.
L-arginine - 300 mg.
Magnesium citrate - 10 mg.
Vitamin B6 - 5 mg.
Vitamin B12 - 25 mcg.
