The contents of 1 sachet are dissolved with warm boiled water or milk (50 ml), stirred and drunk 20-30 minutes before meals or 20-30 minutes after meals. For adults 1 sachet 2 times a day. For children under one year - 1 teaspoon of the dissolved preparation 2 times a day. For children from 1 year to 12 years 0.5-1 sachet 2 times a day. It is recommended to use for 20-30 days. A single dose is effective for eliminating discomfort in the gastrointestinal tract when the usual diet is disturbed. 1 sachet (1 g) contains: active substances: live bacteria (Bifidobacterium bifidum 1, Bifidobacterium longum 83, Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-A3, Lactobacillus fermentum 90T-C4) at least 1x109.
