Recommendations for use Use only as directed. Take four capsules daily with food or a glass of water. Ingredients Gelatin capsule, cellulose, magnesium stearate, parsley, alfalfa leaf, horsetail, watercress, dandelion root, yellow dock root, and chamomile. Warnings Do not use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a physician before starting use. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age.
