It is recommended to take 1 capsule of 500 mg 1-2 times a day 30 minutes before meals, the duration of administration is at least 3 months. For children from 7 years old - according to the doctor's prescription, 1 capsule per day. 1 capsule contains: shark cartilage - 250 mg; chondroitin sulfate - 200 mg; vitamin D3 - 2.5 mcg (200 IU). Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Keep out of reach of children.
