Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.

Take only before bedtime. The product is intended for adults only. Not intended for use by children, adolescents, or women who are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
