Recommendations for use
Take 1 capsule before bedtime with water.
Ingredients
Rice flour and hypromellose (cellulose capsule).
Wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and tree nuts are not used in the production of this product. Produced in a GMP-registered facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Warnings
For adults only, take before bedtime. Not intended for pregnant or nursing women. May cause drowsiness. Do not take with alcoholic beverages, while driving, or operating machinery. Consult a doctor if you are taking medications (especially sedatives and antidepressants) or have any medical condition (including depression, high blood pressure, and epilepsy).
