Recommendations for use Take 1 capsule before bedtime with water. Ingredients Rice flour and hypromellose (cellulose capsule). This product is produced without the use of wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and tree nuts. Produced in a facility registered with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), where other ingredients containing these allergens are processed. Warnings For adults only, take before bedtime. Not intended for pregnant or nursing women. May cause drowsiness. Do not take in combination with alcoholic beverages, while driving, or when operating equipment.
