Recommendations for use
For children 4 years and older: 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in the mouth or chew before swallowing. Water is not needed.
Warnings
Not intended for the treatment of insomnia or other sleep disorders. Before starting use, including if you have any medical conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, autoimmune diseases, or depressive disorder, consult a doctor. For children 4 years and older. melatonin may cause drowsiness; do not take if driving, operating equipment, or consuming alcohol. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use. For short-term use only. Use according to instructions without exceeding the recommended dosage. This product should never replace healthy sleep.
