Recommendations for use Take 1 capsule before bedtime with water. Ingredients Rice flour and hypromellose (cellulose capsule). Wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and tree nuts are not used in the production of this product. Produced in a facility registered with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Warnings Adults should take only before bedtime. Not intended for pregnant and lactating women. May cause drowsiness. Do not take in combination with alcoholic beverages, while driving or operating equipment. Consult a doctor if you are taking medications (especially sedatives and antidepressants) or suffer from any medical condition (including depression, high blood pressure and epilepsy). Keep out of reach of children. After opening, store in a cool, dry place. Product may naturally change color.
