Recommendations for use
Take 1 capsule before bedtime with water.
Ingredients
Rice flour and hypromellose (cellulose capsule).
Wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and tree nuts are not used in the production of this product. Produced in a facility registered with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) where other ingredients containing these allergens are processed.
Warnings
Adults take only before bedtime. Not intended for pregnant or nursing women. May cause drowsiness. Do not take with alcoholic beverages, while driving, or operating machinery. Consult your doctor if you are taking medications (especially sedatives and antidepressants) or have any medical condition (including depression, high blood pressure, and epilepsy). Keep out of reach of children.
After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
Product may naturally change color.
