Recommendations for use Shake well before use. 4 ml = 1 mg. For adults, take 4 pipettes of 1 ml 30 minutes before bedtime. Can be taken. Does not contain: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and crustaceans, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame. Warnings This product is not intended to treat insomnia or other sleep disorders.
