Recommendations for use As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily (preferably with meals) or as directed by a physician. Ingredients Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid, sodium alginate, vegetable magnesium stearate, ammonium hydroxide, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid. Does not contain gluten, wheat, dairy products, soy, yeast, sugar, artificial flavors, sweeteners and colors. Warnings This product is intended for women in the premenopause and perimenopause period. The product is not intended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Before starting to take the supplement while taking medications or if you have any diseases, you should consult a doctor. If any side reactions occur, you should stop taking it and consult your attending physician. Not intended for men or persons under 18 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.
