Take 1-2 capsules a day after meals with plenty of water. In the first week, it is recommended to take 3 capsules a day. 1 capsule contains: soy isoflavone extract (of which soy isoflavones - 60 mg) - 75 mg; hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.) - 50 mg; ashwagandha extract KSM-66 (Withania somnifera L.) - 50 mg; withanolides (5%) - 2.5 mg; calcium - 400 mg; vitamin D - 10 mcg; vitamin E - 12 mg; vitamin B6 - 1.4 mg; folic acid - 400 mcg; excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, glaze - polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene glycol, talc, aluminum-potassium silicate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, filler - cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide; binder - calcium phosphates, fatty acid magnesium salts, color - titanium dioxide. Store in a dry, protected from light place at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
