Metabohelp instructions for use
As a laxative, it is recommended:
For children from 14 years old, 1 capsule 3 times a day 5-10 minutes before meals.
For adults, 1-2 capsules 3 times a day (after achieving the desired effect, 1 capsule at night) 5-10 minutes before meals.
Swallow the capsule whole, without chewing or crushing, with a sufficient amount of water. The duration of the course for constipation is until the stool normalizes.
