For infants, give during feeding by mixing the capsule contents with breast milk or baby food. Take 30 minutes before meals. children under 6 months: 1 capsule once a day; children from 6 months to 3 years: 1 capsule twice a day; children from 3 to 7 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day. Dosage for children over 7 years and adults: 400 mg capsules. Take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day. Duration of intake from 1 to 3 weeks. Bifidobacteria complex PL: Bifidobacterium longum strain №17X, Propionibacterium avidum 1 and lactobacteria complex Orom: Lactobacillus acidophilus strain №180, Lactobacillus bulgaricum strain №176, Streptococcus diacetilactis strain №13C65-64, Streptococcus thermophillus strain №108, 66-1413 - at least 109 CFU in a 1.0 g sachet or 400 mg capsule. Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature from +2 to +6 °C.
