Recommendations for use: Take 1 tablet per day with a meal or a glass of water. Use only as directed. Ingredients: Cellulose, organic rice extract blend, and silicon dioxide. Warnings: Do not use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use. Folate intake should not exceed 250% of the daily value (1000 mcg) for pregnant women. Store in a cool, dry place.
