Metil Folat (NOW Methyl Folate) instructions for use
Recommendations for use: Take 1 tablet per day with meals. Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and tree nuts are not used in the manufacture of this product. Produced at a facility with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registration, where other ingredients containing these allergens are processed. Warnings: Attention. For adults only. Elderly people and people with diseases due to which their absorption of vitamin B12 may deteriorate should frequently check for the presence of B12 in the body when taking this product, as high doses of folic acid can mask vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications (especially phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone and methotrexate) or have any medical condition (especially related to nutrient malabsorption). Keep out of reach of children. Silica gel should not be consumed. Store in the bottle.
