For adults and children over 6 years old, 1 capsule daily with meals. Course of administration - 8-30 consecutive days. In cases of severe forms of dysbiosis, it is allowed to take 1 capsule 2 times a day during the first 3-5 days of treatment. 1 capsule contains: lyophilized lactic acid bacteria - 2.5 billion (2.5x109 CFU); zinc sulfate - 10 mg; fructooligosaccharides - 210 mg; excipients: potato starch, maltodextrin, lactose, magnesium stearate, gelatin. Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
