Method of administration and dosage For skin care: apply a small amount of oil to clean, dry skin with light massaging movements until fully absorbed. For hair care: apply oil to hair and scalp, distribute along the entire length, leave for 30-60 minutes, then wash off with shampoo. For massage: use oil as a massage agent.
