Method of administration and dosage
For skin care: apply a small amount of oil to clean, dry skin with light massaging movements until fully absorbed. For hair care: apply oil to hair and scalp, distribute along the entire length, leave for 30-60 minutes, then wash off with shampoo. For massage: use the oil as a massage agent.
Side effects
In rare cases, allergic reactions are possible with individual intolerance to almonds. Before use, it is recommended to perform a test on a small area of skin.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to almonds or other components of the oil. Not recommended for use in the presence of open wounds or acute inflammatory processes on the skin.

Store in a dark, cool place, away from direct sunlight. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging. If signs of an allergic reaction appear, stop use and consult a doctor.
