Bitter almond oil instructions for use
Bitter almond oil can be added to liquid creams, shampoos, lotions, gels, beach creams in the following ratio: for dry skin and hair 7 ml of almond oil per 100 ml of cosmetic product; for normal skin and hair - 5 ml, for oily hair - 3 ml, and 15-20 ml per 100 ml of beach cosmetics.
As a massage oil independently or in combination with essential oils: 3-6 drops of your chosen essential oil per 10 g of almond oil. Like sweet almond oil, bitter almond oil is an excellent massage oil for children.
Masks and applications: on skin areas 1-2 times a day for 15-30 minutes. Independently or in combination with essential oils (2-3 drops of your chosen essential oil per 10 g of almond oil) apply napkins soaked in oil.
With oily hair, almond oil is used in pure form: before washing the hair, rub a few drops of oil, starting from the roots to the ends of the hair. With dry hair, the oil is rubbed after washing the hair into damp warm hair in the same way. To get a stronger effect, almond oil can be mixed with jojoba oil.
Can be used to strengthen nails: a mixture of almond and oils (lemon, ylang-ylang). Applied to nails and periungual skin. This procedure reduces fragility, restores a good appearance and strength of nails.
