Method of administration and dosage For skin care: apply a small amount of oil to clean, slightly damp skin with massage movements until fully absorbed. For hair care: apply oil to the hair along the entire length or only to the ends, leave for 30-60 minutes, then rinse with shampoo. For massage: use the oil in pure form or mixed with other essential oils. Side effects In rare cases, allergic reactions are possible. Before use, it is recommended to perform a test on a small area of the skin. Contraindications Individual intolerance to almond or oil components.
