Recommendations for use Use only as directed. Take 4 capsules daily with food or a glass of water. Ingredients Gelatin capsule, eleuthero root, cellulose, magnesium stearate, whole rice concentrate (including bran, polishing products, and germ), silicon dioxide, carrot juice.
