Directions As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics of the body. Ingredients Gum arabic, starch. Contains <2% of: artificial color (fd&c yellow #6), cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, gelatin, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, titanium dioxide. No added yeast, artificial sweeteners, or flavors. Warnings Consult a physician before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are planning a medical procedure.
