Recommendations for use
Carefully study all information on the label and strictly follow the recommendations.
Take two (2) tablets daily in divided doses with food or as directed by a healthcare provider.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, starch, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, silica, tablet coating (purified water, hypromellose and glycerin), maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, sunflower oil.
Contains soy.
Warnings
Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day (from diet and supplements) should periodically measure their serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels. Vitamin D supplements are not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels.
