Recommendations for use
Read the entire label carefully before use and follow the instructions strictly.
Take two (2) capsules daily with food or as directed by a physician.
Ingredients
Vegetable cellulose (capsule), dicalcium phosphate, modified food starch, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin.
Warnings
Warning. Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day (from diet and supplements) should periodically measure their 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels. Vitamin D supplements are not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels.
