Recommendations for use Adults should take 2 tablets daily, preferably with food. Not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ingredients Cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, glycerin, gelatin. Does not contain dairy products or artificial colors. Warnings Do not take if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, have iodine hypersensitivity, or have thyroid dysfunction. If you have diabetes or are taking any medication, consult a physician before use. People with diabetes should carefully monitor blood glucose levels while taking this product. Keep out of reach of children. Packaging is protected from opening with an inner film. Do not use this product if the protective film is damaged or missing. Keep with the lid tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight.
