Recommendations for use
Adults take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food. Do not chew. Not intended for children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Ingredients
Sunflower oil, gelatin (capsule), glycerin, yellow beeswax, purified water, sunflower lecithin, natural flavors, caramel color.
Contains fish (cod).
