Recommendations for use
Read all information on the label carefully and follow the recommendations strictly.
Take two (2) tablets daily in divided doses with meals or as directed by a physician.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, starch, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, silica, tablet coating (purified water, hypromellose, and glycerin), maltodextrin, sunflower lecithin, sunflower oil.
Contains soy.
Warnings
Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day (from diet and supplements) should periodically measure serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels. Vitamin D supplements are not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels.
Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
