Orally 15-30 minutes before meals. Children aged 2-8 years take 1 tablet (250 mg) 2 times a day for 1-3 months according to a specialist's recommendation. Children from 9 years old and adults take 2 tablets (250mg+250mg) 3 times a day for the first 10 days, and then regularly 2 tablets (250 mg+250 mg) 1 time a day at any convenient time of the day for 1-3 months according to a specialist's recommendation. Use during pregnancy and lactation: 1-3 months of pregnancy 2 tablets (250 mg+250 mg) 2 times a day, 4-9 months of pregnancy and during breastfeeding 2 tablets (250 mg+250 mg) 3 times a day. 1 tablet contains: Calcium carbonate - 50 mg. Calcium citrate - 370 mg. Magnesium carbonate - 5 mg. Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature up to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
