Suggested use Adults take one tablet daily with a meal. Ingredients Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid (vegetable), ethylcellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide. Warnings Niacin may cause flushing or itching, which may last for a few minutes or hours. It can often be relieved by drinking a glass of water.
