Method of administration and dosage Adults and children over 12 years old should take 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day. In case of sleep disorders, it is recommended to take 1-2 tablets 30-60 minutes before sleep. Tablets should be swallowed whole with a small amount of water. The duration of the course of administration is determined by the doctor. Side effects In rare cases, the following may occur: allergic reactions (skin rash, itching, hives), drowsiness, weakness, dizziness, dyspeptic phenomena (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea). If side effects occur, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor. Contraindications Individual intolerance to the components of the drug, children under 12 years old, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption. Special instructions During the period of taking the drug, caution should be exercised when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions. The drug contains lactose, which should be taken into account by patients with lactose intolerance.
