Method of administration: For adults and children over 12 years old, 2 capsules daily with meals, with a sufficient amount of water, for three months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Duration of intake: 3 months, 1-2 times a year. Contraindications: individual intolerance to components, children under 12 years old; it is recommended that pregnant and breastfeeding women consult a doctor before taking.
