Recommendations for use
Should be taken daily as a dietary supplement for children (from 5 years old) and teenagers.
Take one (1) capsule twice daily after meals.
Suitable for children and teenagers who do not drink milk every day.
For best results, NuBest Tall should be taken along with a healthy diet, regular exercise, sufficient sleep, and by 11:00 PM.
