Method of administration — We recommend starting the intake of «Ognevka-Norma» 2-3 times a day with ½ teaspoon during the first five days. After the body adapts to the product, you can switch to the constant recommended dose – 1 teaspoon per intake 2-3 times a day, focusing on the result of the intake. «Ognevka-Norma» should be taken 30 minutes before meals with any liquid. The recommended duration is 28-30 days, then a week break and another 28-30 days. If necessary, repeat the course. For children aged 12-16 years – reduce the dose by half (!). Note: 1 teaspoon ~ 100 drops.
