Recommendations for use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) softgels daily (preferably with a meal) or in accordance with a doctor's recommendations.
Ingredients
Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, mixed tocopherols.
Contains fish (cod, herring, mackerel, sardine).
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, and colors.
