Recommendations for use
Take 2 capsules twice a day with a meal.
Ingredients
Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water] and d-alpha tocopherol.
Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna).
d-alpha tocopherol from non-GMO soy.
