Recommendations for use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) softgels three times a day (preferably with meals) or as directed by a physician.
Ingredients
Gelatin, vegetable glycerin, natural mixture of tocopherols.
Contains fish (cod, sardine)
Does not contain gluten, wheat, dairy products, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavors, sweeteners, and colors.
