Method of administration: Before starting intake, it is important to read the official instructions in the package. Usually, herbal calming complexes of this type are taken 1 tablet 1–2 times a day during or after meals, with a sufficient amount of water. In case of sleep disorders, the preparation is taken 30–40 minutes before sleep.
