Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet with powder in 100 ml of hot, but not boiling water, take 30-60 minutes before sleep.
Vitamin B3 (niacin) - 16 mg;
vitamin B6 - 1.4 mg;
magnesium - 180 mg;
L-tryptophan - 500 mg;
glycine - 3000 mg;
green tea extract - 200 mg;
lemon balm extract - 200 mg;
hop extract - 50 mg;
melatonin - 1 mg;
theanine - 70 mg.
